That's part of the EXS interface, so you could save the mapping (together with filter, adsr, and all the rest) by saving a 'setting' (like you do with all other plugins, through the standard small popup at the very bottom). Then you can load whichever instrument and recall the setting byt loading it. That will load all other interface-setings as well though -- filter, lfo, adsr, etc. -- which is probably not what you want. There's no way to _only_ save the modulation matrix without affecting the rest of the interface. Would be nice indeed... As a workaround I guess you could always create a small automation sequence that sets up the mod-matrix like you want it.
