I haven't set that up.

I do have instruments with the same name (not very strange, because 
some names are very common place, so they will be used on several 
sample CD's) and I've also experienced that those instruments get 
changed every time, which is really stupid, if you ask me. But the 
instruments I'm talking about now are unique (in name) and they change 
to a sound with another name.
