Importing Akai S5000 format Quantum Leap Brass

This has been bugging me for some time. I have the Quantum Leap Brass set in Akai S5000 format and would like to get them into EXS24. So far, it's the only library I haven't been able to convert and it's keeping me from selling my Akai S5000 for good. Is there a trick to this?
