Registration code issues

Hey guys need some pointers on where/who to talk to, I bought EXS24 finally to add to my Win/Logic 5.5.1 system. Thereby being able to use the fine samples from Michiel and his gang. I plugged in the Type B code just fine, went to the website to register and it says my Type B code is invalid? How could that be? This is a shrink wrapped box, it validated fine on my system and started the clock ticking on the 90 day use. Did I just blow my money on something I can't get a type A for? I emailed their support (this was Monday) and have not heard a peep. Help! Can anyone point me to the authority that can turn my Type B into a Type A and let me happily keep using my instrument?
