LAWP/EXS24 Confused re Looping in EXS24 mode/Time Stretching

What is the best way for looping breaks the time shifter in factory always gives me starnge source and destination tempos leaving me having to set the source tempo at 100bpm and factor the stretch to the tempo of my song, but then should I use harmonic correction for drum breaks . Some of my material is 138BPM I know this may be covered in the other forums but I believe its relevant as the EXS 24 relies on the factory processing modules within LAP my set up PIII700/256MB/20GB IDE /WaMi 24/LAWP 4.6.1 much appreciated
