EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hello,

I've downloaded the GP1 grandpiano soundfont from studioax. It has 32 
velocitylayers. After converting the soundfont with the EXS24, 
velocities of 95 and higher do not sound. They appear however in the 
editor window. You can see the different groups with their velocities 
and the samplezones are assigned to the groups as well. Has anyone 
experienced this also? And what can I do about it?because it's of no 
use like this.

There has been substantial discussion on Soundfonts on this list. In short,
they are a single file containing a group of samples, keymapping and filter
data information, all rolled into one, for use in Cakewalk and a few other
programs. There's tons of soundfonts available on the net, so it is helpful
to be able to convert them accurately. Translator (www.chickensys.com) does
the most comprehensive conversion to other formats. For more insight into
the conversion of Soundfonts for use in the EXS24, I suggest you search
