Translator in the UK

Translator in the UK

2002-03-19 by David Tobin

Just a quick question...

I want to buy Translator for Mac when it is available.

Do we know when that will be and where we can order it from in the UK?

Cheers

No word on when. It's still in production.

Hey, the noise, did you actually hear from someone
over at Time & Space? Do they really have the Mac
version in their hands? Here's what Rubber
Chicken's Translator for Mac page says:

'Keep watching this page for more information on
the Mac version of Translator. This program is
finishing up it's development cycle, and is in
testing. It should be available shortly.'

I would think Rubber Chicken would make a formal
announcement to the Mac community if it was
already available, no?

I think Garth would have mentioned this if it were available. He is a member
of this list and a founding member of Rubber Chicken Systems. If the Mac
version were ready, I'd be very surprised if he would distribute it without
mentioning it here. He knows half of us are waiting for this program for
Mac. I haven't heard from him on the list in a while; I hope he didn't
unsubscribe during the heavy discussions about copyright (please don't start
that thread again... useful but too many e-mails to manage--LOL). I'll
believe it's here when I see it. -Jer

Well I have no cash till next month anyway, but I'd like to at least play
with a demo before springing for it to make sure it does everything I need!
