No, Igor, that's QuickTime bug #3. Thanks for 
pointing it out (I hate it too). Here's a recap:

QuickTime bug #1: Logic sequence forgets where the 
QT video is

QuickTime bug #2: Logic sequence loses the QT 
video if you switch back and forth between screensets

QuickTime bug #3: QT Synchro offset exhibits 
erratic behaviour (to say the least)
