EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Go to settings
Go to Global
Now go to Audio
Uncheck: Use velocity engine
Save changes
Quit Logic
Reboot
Cracking in EXS24 should be gone

Thank you for your tip, but I am a new user... I can't find settings option 
in my EXS24 or Logic (v5) to start with, can you be more specific for this 
dummy user! ....thanks for your time

Hi Stepehn

Sorry....I searched and searched but on my version of Logic (5.3) from 
Preferences Global, or audio preferences I haven't got any of the options 
you mentioned. The closest box  to tick or not are plug-in delivery 
compensation and audio engine overload message!!! anoying.... I can't find 
anything like g4 or velocity engine....

It is further NOT a checkbox, but a popup-menue somewhere at the bottom...

Furthermore, the drop list option offers "generic" instead of "Altivec" ;-)
