Should I just get EXS-24 and be
done with it?

I bought mine 18 months ago and haven\ufffdt looked back since. The recent
support of Gigasamples with virtual memory should be enough to make the move
alone. No other sampler that I have tried have been able to read from disk
as fast the ESX. I can play on the Steinway B (1.5 GB) for giga with 1.5
latency and almost no dsp used, incredible.

Is it true the player version of EXS is not compatible in OS X ?
I almost bought it this week and read this somewhere, Although I have OS 9.2
and a B&W G3 -350 now I most certainly will be going Dual G4/OSX this year
and Didn't want to throw $75 down the drain. Should I just get EXS-24 and be
done with it?  Thank you for the advice.

Yes, it is an OS9 VST instrument and therefore incompatible with OSX.

Hey,

Has anyone heard anything about the EXSP moving to audio unit technology?  I'm 
trying to make the move completely to OSX and the only thing holding me back is my 
EXSP....can't really live without it.  I'm not really ready to plop $299 on the EXS just 
yet.  I have seen the VST to audio unit adapter but I don't really want to spend $75 
bucks on it just to get the EXSP working.

Any rumors floating around?
