EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

hi,

i'm just starting to play with logic 6.1 on os 10.2.6. so far i've loaded the scarbee 
rhodes which streams from disk. all prefs etc are as they were in os9 but the load 
times feel around three times as long, it took almost 7 minutes to load the full rhodes 
patch. the first time usually takes a while thereafter it's faster but this doesn't seem to 
apply to osx.

anyone else out there with osx/exs streaming experience?

solved, i think! the vsm (virtual memory - needed for streaming large libraries) 
defaulted to inactive. in the vsm box there arte two buttons, one "ok" and the other 
"apply", i clicked them both and vsm appears to remain active now.
