Personally, i think that things should remain as they are. People must be
encouraged to subscribe to the OT list themselves. Compulsory subscription
is not appropriate IMO, but OTT OT posting (sorry :-))should be moderated.
Or perhaps, is there a way of stopping mails with "OT" in the subject line
from getting through to the normal list Joeri?

Well, people can do that now if they use filters etc.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
