YES! YES! YES!

The most annoying thing is that the time when THRE interrupt occurs 
is dependent on "initialization conditions."

Second is that there is no way to tell if the transmit FIFO is full.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
