The panels are 2.5mm thick. First row of jacks are 1 inch from bottom and 1/2" in from each side, evenly spaced across panel. Next row is 5/8" above the first (some minor variations) so solder lugs overlap. Jacks are Mouser 16P135. Vertical pot position is as needed for function

I suspect that the Frac-rack template on the Blacet site would do you well. Just ignore the holes for the pots and jacks. i.e. the template is the proper size (for a 2U module) and has the proper mounting hole locations. I don't think that Grant has a "standard" placement of the
