Beat Garden is a good ROM. Is special for tambourines, shakers, and riff guitars. A lot of wood and picked basses, nice sfx sounds. Very natural percussion

I am not sure how you are trying to do this and I am not sure you can do what I think you may be trying to do. I assume you are not using E-Mu s built-in beats

Look at the waveform (instrument) listing of the PX-7 ROM....see the Appendix of the manual....there are over 750 individual samples and about 65 prebuilt kits

Yep, MIDI Clock transmit is in the MIDI menu. As far as factory reset, make sure that if you boot up in diagnostics mode to reset that you choose the EXCEPT
