yer the mpc2KXL is 96ppqn as well, it does keep things really tight. 32nd note resolution is good enough for me :0) I will normally correct everything anyway

Thats really cool! i always wished someone would do this for the MPC2000XL.. Maybe it will happen some day. Bit like the roger linn version for the MPC3000.

The MPC will have better timing because its internal sound engine is much simpler than the Command Station s. External sounds, of course, are limited by MIDI.
