I just did a simple test. You can set up your controllers (MidiA, MidiB, MidiC, etc.) in a single sysex chain and embed them in a pattern See the sysex manual

Its rather simple. You don t need a midi manual. You send two numbers to determine the bank [Bank Select MSB and Bank Select LSB] followed by a program change.
