If you changed programs on an ext synth while you were recording, perhaps it recorded it? Or maybe it s sending the program changes for the internal synths?

I am using an E5000 with a ten gig hard disk. I loaded all ten of the basic emu sample cds on to the hard disk. I am virtualy never found stuck for a sound.
