68300

Shyam,

The 68360 is listed as a production part and has a DRAM interface.  It also 
has a full 32-bit address, if you find that a mere 24 bits cramps your style.

Several years ago, I brought up an Atlas eval board. It only took me a few 
days to get the software setup right.
