Shyam, Yes, it looks pretty complex. The solution appears to include a big CPLD, the level conversion buffers, and the SDRAM clock. Apparently the CPLD does the sync-async interface as well as the refresh logic. You might have picked the wrong microcontroller series. Can you give us more information on what you want? TPU? More than 16 MB? Only SDRAM?
