Vyzor evolver no response

Vyzor evolver no response

2006-03-25 by Bodie

Since Tony doesnt respond to emails, maybe someone can answer the
question. Being a poly owner, does his editor work with the Poly?

Or do we wait for something later?

Tony if you see this, a response would be appreciated, the two emails
I've sent have gone unanswered over the last month and I'd hate to
think that's how you'd treat a prospect, let alone a customer.

Thanks,

Bodie

The editor works with the Poly Rack and Keyboard. Tony has probably
been busy with the "beta" testing going on with another group.

Maybe he has better things to do than copy information from the FIRST
PAGE OF THE SITE that explains your question, or the multiple emails
written to this list in the last few months that also explain your question.

go here. and read.
http://www.psicraft.com/

Searching the archives of this very mail list (which is much faster than
just emailing people and waiting for a response) will also turn up the
answer to your question about a specific polyevolver editor that will do
more than just straight editing of combos, and the upgrade path to that
when it's written and released.

This next link's a bit harder to find, (it's 2 mouseclicks off their
front page) but the PDF manual is pretty comnprehensive and should
answer any questions you might have about any other aspect of the software.
http://www.vyzor.com/Manuals/Evolver/Vyzor%20Evolver.pdf

happy reading,

julian

Re: [Evolver] Vyzor evolver no response

There's some info on the Vyzor editor on the Psicraft site
(http://www.psicraft.com/) as well as som pretty detailed info regarding the
Poly in the Vyzor Evolver User guide that can be downloaded from the site.
Could be some communication mix up or something as I've had a couple very
quick and informative emails from Tony in the last day or two.

Steve,
Cincinnati

Re: [Evolver] Vyzor evolver no response...thanks to those that helped

2006-03-26 by Bodie

Thanks for the responses. As to the "go find it here"
responses...perhaps good ol' customer service is something these
folks aren't aware of? ;-) personal contact is expected to keep
customers long term (it costs more to acquire than it does to
retain ;-))...nuff said I'm sure for those that have been there ;-).

When you sell something, answer the questions ;-). I've received
personal emails with offers to buy into the beta (very odd as well),
but no personal responses...so hence my frustration and irritation.
Running a sound design business, I just need answers so I can move
forward and make business decisions.

If it's all about the money, then of course that's the level of
responsiveness I'd expect...on the other hand if it's about long term
cultivation of a customer base...then responsiveness will keep you in
business...

If this sounds "know it all"...perhaps it is, as this comes from
personally building one of the largest support organizations in the
world here in Redmond and changing the face of that unit but not
being able to change management attitudes overall over the last 10
years there. SoI've moved off to work for Walt Disney ;-) who is
also very focused on the customer and their whole experience...so
perhaps I'm a bit "hyper-sensitized" ;-).

So thanks for the genuinely helpful responses...

Bodie
