New MIDI program using display

I have a Roland SC-7 (Sound Canvas) MIDI synth in a 1U MOTM format module that I use. This version of the Sound Canvas has no user controls; everything is controlled by MIDI. It makes it a pain to manually set program changes, etc. I just wrote a little program that uses the PSIM

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
