I remember hearing some of that stuff on Einstein CD from (AFAIR) BestService. Also most of them seem to use Eric Persing's Distorted Reality (mostly volume 1) quite extensively, but those are mainly loops, not kits. In general, I think if you're really serious about processing some plain samples with unconventional means (distortion, ring mod, etc.) and not too lazy to experiment you're gonna come up with some unique ideas everyone would be curious to know, cause after all that's how these guys got their specific sound IMMHO.
