Sound quality relies heavily on the converters so that´s not up to the Hammerfall. I know some cards have dsp onboard but if you check benchmark tests you will see that on many occasions the Hammerfall outperforms them anyway, probably due to their great working drivers. I´ve had mine for 3 years and it´s still in a class where very few, if any, can compete. You should probably be aware that a new one is on the way, it´s basically the same but it includes midi so it might be worth waiting for. Henrik Krogh henrikkrogh@...
