I am tempted to make a mold of the red plastic part and cast one under pressure out of polyurethane-I m guessing the originals were styrene but maybe acrylic

That s an input jack?!! We used it as an output to power a B3 through a Vox wa wa pedal and into a Fender Twin Reverb amp. Around 3:02 on this tune:
