If I recall correctly, arps are locked to tempo, not position. This means that they ll drift. Two solutions: 1 - Retrigger the arp via sonar every arp loop 2

You can send a sysex of arps to your E-Mu. I have seen one for the TCSY rom floating around. You can also get different arps that come with some of the roms.
