apart from the known patch to connect the a161 outputs to an a138 and use this combi as a simple 4 step sequencer, another nice patch is to use two of the a161 outs as start and stop gate signals of an a155 sequencer (patch them to the start and stop inputs of its control section

If, by rack mounting, you mean on a eurorack modular housing then the A-111-5 is the modular equivalent of the Dark Energy standalone. Albeit without the USB and arpeggiator. If, on the other hand, you mean mounting it on a 19" rack then I dunno. Cheers, Alan --- In Doepfer_a100@

Hi Jonathan, Any delay of sufficient time (2mS - 30mS, if I recall correctly) will create phase cancellations that result in the comb filter effect. As per their website the ASys RS120 is a BBD (delay times 2,5 - 25mS) so the Doepfer range should be able to do this as well. As to
