Newbie here - DIY rack and PSU

2004-01-23 by kidtexas1

Hey, I'm new to the modular synth arena. I'm looking to get into it, and have looked hard at the Synthesizers.com/MOTM pairing vs. Doepfer/AS. I know you can/should mix makes, but at this point, I am starting small and can't afford to buy a ton of modules. I would really like to

Analog Shift Register Module

2004-01-23 by dj_allin

Hi everybody, this is my first post as Doepfer group member. Would anybody be interested in Analog Shift Register module built by Doepfer in future? For those who are not familiar with this module, I will describe it: it is module clocked by external source (trigger) that stores,

Re: [Doepfer_a100] quad LFO

2004-01-23 by Bakis Sirros

hi alexandre, the a143-2 quad lfo is meant to be a simpler and cheaper module.if this becomes a quad vc lfo it will get more expensive of course.if one wants a more expensive lfo can buy the a147 or the very new a143-3 vc sync lfo module. that is my opinion, but,of course,i,too, w

hi list so many interresting things going on at the moment. what an activity? I was looking at the first version of the QUAD LFO. Seems very interresting to start working with this type of module. Is it a bit crazy to think this could be a VC QUAD LFO? each LFO with a CV control

Pitch-to-voltage module

2004-01-23 by Paul Schulz

Hi folks, Just had a look on all the polls and discovered a two years old poll on a pitch2CV-module. As the number of the members has increased, I´m interested what you think about it now. I´d still be in favor of this module. Paul

Re: 143-1 End of Cycle out

2004-01-22 by ringmod45

I think if the attack endpoint outputs are included on the module, it would be vital to have the decay endpoint outputs there as well. You will basically have the possibility to have quadrature relationships with the eg's and the ability to retrigger them as well. brilliant stuff

143-1 End of Cycle out

2004-01-22 by shm1400

My comments regarding end of cycle outs and unconditional attacks on the 143-1 did not generate very much enthusiasm. However, if the EG already has a cycling option, it seems like the end of cycle trigger might already be there. How about a patch point on the board for those of

yep I agree, very nice 'useful' module! I always need more envelopes so I will be buying this definately. I also think it would be easier to use if all jacks were on the same side, not essential though. Ingo's idea about the 3-way mode, I agree. You could have much more complex e

I guess this explains why my Doepfer portable cases are so quiet. The power supply is bolted to a piece of fibreboard, which probably doesn't resonate as much as the metal. --- In Doepfer_a100@yahoogroups.com, Florian Anwander wrote: > Hi Pierre > > > Quick question: do your PSUs
