Replace the pulldown 100k resistor with a 1N4148 diode (cathode to transistor base). You may need to increase the value of the input (100k) resistor. The value of the input resistor will depend on the hfe of the individual transistor. You will never get it to track accurately dow

Usually, it is EXTREMELY unlikely that it is a damaged part. You probably have shorted two pads together/broken a pad by soldering for too long/used the wrong part somewhere. The tempco forms part of a voltage divider, so at a guess you have a wrong part (or other damage) around

Regarding the first VCO, it sounds like you probably have a bad IC1, or a bad solder joint somewhere. Recheck your solder joints, and if everything looks ok, measure the voltage at pin 7 of IC1 - it should track when the incoming control voltage changes. If it doesn't, try replac

OK - from memory, the trick is to connect a higher value cap in Parallel with the 47nF cap, so; * Connect a wire from each side of the 47nF cap to each centre lug of a DPDT toggle switch. * Connect a larger value non polarised cap across one pair of outer lugs. Try a 1uF or bigge

I'm building a dual ASR module. I'll be stacking two CGS34 PCB's behind a 5U panel. Can I jumper the power rails between the two PCB's so I only need one cable to power the module, or will I need two power cables? I'm guessing the latter, but thought I'd ask anyway. Thanks, Russ
