I think the suffix -20 means 120 ns. I remember 80ns been quite fast in 1988-90, when I was building a signal processor unit.

Your EPROMs are AMD 27C67-150DC? Try to search the data sheet with google... they are a 150ns... :-( This is a mistake of EPROMmer...I asked MBM2764-20... Bye!
