The trimmpots are used to adjust the offset voltage of each of the four VCA. There are no trimmpots available that can be used to trim the VCA control behaviour. The control voltage of the first VCA is inverted and then used to control the second VCA. Best wishes Dieter Doepfer >

From the theory it should work if you swap the cables leading to the end terminals of each potentiometer (the center cable remains unchanged). The jumpers are used to install/remove a voltage plateau around in the center position (installed = no plateau). Best wishes Dieter Doepf
