If you already have the layout done, most software will export to a gerber. The only ones that I m aware of that won t are the ones that are tied to one PCB

As a rule of thumb, transition metal salt such as copper chloride are very toxic. DO NOT pour it down the drain. Neutralize it first with sodium carbonate.

Does anyone know the ratio of needed Ferric Chloride by volume to the volume of copper being removed? I am assuming 110F for the acid and constant agitation.
