Epson 2400: question about creating BW image on transparency at 720 DPI

I want to print an image on transparency film using my Epson 2400, but I only want printer output to be 720 DPI, which is fairly low resolution for this

I either use photo corners or dry mount tissue. Photo corners when I am framing with glass and a mat. But, of course, you need a dry mount press to dry mount!
