Hi Ingo, >both a125 and a101/3 don't have built-in modulators, Ah, I have been under the misapprehension for some time that the a125 had a simple LFO built into it. Thanks for the correction. The noise ring clips don't sound much like ring mod - they have this fairly pronounced c

Well Pierre, I just tried it. It is possible of course, but the resulting sounds are not that interesting. I tried it with a couple of fast LFOs and with two VCOs. I never heard the wiard noise ring sounds so I have no reference. But to me it sounds like you can better spend your

Hi all, Thanks again to Ingo for providing those examples. I have just received the a196 and agree that it's an excellent module - it has a really well defined sound and I can see myself using it a lot. Of course Ingo's examples now mean that I now want the a163, but that's a goo

Hi All, reading all these excellent posts on this group made me feel little bit guilty that I am not contributing, but only using. So here is little problem I resolved a few days ago, and I hope it might help someone: I purchased recently Roland MPU-101, 4-voice MIDI to CV unit.

Thanks Ingo & Tim! I was of course acting too fast by asking these questions. I was way too tired when I first tested the new module.... And thought I had tried the external clock input but obviously not! Thanks anyway, it's running like I had hoped guided by one of my LFO units.

hello richard, yesterday i tried to compare the moogerfooger mf103 phaser in 12-stage mode with the 6-stage phaser a125, just like you suggested. in a 6-stage phaser you have 3 peak frequencies. in a 12-stage phaser you have 6 peak frequencies. this also has an effect on the band
