You can t. You don t have a SPS-1 UW. You have a regular vanilla SPS-1, not the User Wave version. You can t use samples with your Machinedrum. All you can do

Yes, via sysex transfers. If you have don t have a UW MD you ll have to make sure that the kits don t use RAM/ROM machines though.
