Why won't sample loop in EXS24?

I called up the Wizoo CCloopz instrument within EXS24 and can t seem to get any of the zones to loop continuously. I thought all you had to do was click on

When u change from a song to another one, u have to free some RAM for EXS... that s it reload all the samples .... Igor
