I agree with Robert. I am using an IAR and my system does not use a dongle. Talk to IAR technical or sales about getting the none dongle version or upgrade.

My experience the high speed baudrates will fail (112Kbaud). There is a xref table in the Philips docs with available baudrates and Xtal frequencies.
