Yes, now that I have thought a little more about it, I am also convinced that 2 cv ins really is necessary (provided the unattenuated one is 1V/oct.) But I also agree with Denis that the coolest thing would be 2 cv ins _and_ 1 reset in per submodule, and well worth the extra 4(?)

Hello, On the CGK description it says that midi in is "currently not used." Would it be relatively easy to put this to use so that it would take midi signals from the port rather than the keyboard, so that the keyboard itself could be used as a midi-to-cv converter when desired?

If you want to send a trigger to the LPG and you have a gate, then yes you need the A-162 (or similar) to convert the gate to a trigger. Not sure what the LPG would have to do with it unless it is your desired destination: Midi->Gate->A-162->Trigger->LPG --- In Doepfer_a100@yahoo
