Tapes

Hi Peter, Here are some tips for you: - First thing, make some backup !!! A mistake could hurt... To do so, you need some empty floppy disks and DC600 tapes. you should backup the three system partitions (/k0 /k1 and /k2) using three 8" floppy disks. To play with Tapes and Floppy

Hi there Yes, Pete Waterman was not a fan of the Fairlight. (more the money he paid rather than the instrument itself I'm lead to believe) He didn't like spending large amounts on instruments. It was used more than Peter let s on as you can here it on allot of track.The Series II

Fairlight users seem to be a very close community. I learned this when I was having trouble shipping my Fairlight. I was overwhelmed with emails offering help. Incredible!!! So, yes. This a fantastic idea... I'm certainly up for it. It'll be an ideal way to put a face to a name.
