yes, that helps a lot. i have a very small system so if i get this i need to be able to use it as an audio splitter as well if necessary. i have the rs70 now but i find that the inverter acts as a lpf even with the slew turned all the way down and i wanted to make sure that the r

Arnauld- Thanks for the kind words on Electrolux. It was much work , but a lot of fun. My platform is Digital Performer. I chose this because at the time I was shopping around and asking people about this, everybody opened with "Well, if you can't afford Digital Performer, then..

Hi Peter, I have just heard "ElectroLux" and I like it. It's a great piece ! As a beginner in making electronic music, I was just wondering how you recorded and mixed that track ? For information, my own way of making music is : 1. recording layers (synth sounds + effetcs) with p

Hi Adam, I ran a quick audio test for you as I have two of these. There were no problems with the sound quality of a sawtooth wave as I swept it up to the limit of my hearing range through the buffer/inverter module. I tried the same with the inv output and - no problem. An A-B c

hello bakis, the rs120 comb filter is a "normal" bbd device. (bbd = bucket brigade delay = analogue delayline) the juno-chorus is more like the rs310 reverb/chorus module, these use another type of bbd. this bbd generates six unrelated taps instead of one. thats why the juno-chor

Hi Bakis I used to own a Juno 6 many years ago. The chorus on it was stereo and had 2 fixed settings. I too, thought it was very warm and nice. I have suggested a stereo patch (below) which should generate some very good chorus effects and a whole lot more using the A.S. comb fil

Regarding the anomalies with the RS290: The 290 is somewhat groundbreaking in that it's the first time (to my knowledge) a DSP-based device has made it to the analog domain, complete with analog VC. Undoubtedly, something like this may have some bugs at the onset. Afterall, it's

in regard to adding banks to sequencers: You can do this, given the drive method that supplies the pots (the outputs of the final counter which is being gated by the banks) isn't near it's maximum load. The pots and pulse banks themselves aren't so much the culprit - it's the pul
