As for the problem in Logic, check your environment set-up, and make sure the midi channel that is set in Logic corresponds to the correct channel on the MD.

Hi Martin - definately run either the MD or MM as master - the clock reliability is far better than your PC/USB/Firewire can generate regardless of your setup.
