OmniFLOP is a floppy disk utility, so it doesn t support zip drives. If you want to copy EII banks from CD to ZIP, you can use EMXP.

... sadly no, although the Emax II has SCSI it never supported SMDI(?) which was the protocol for transfer over SCSI. You can only use MIDI or the RS-422
