That´s why its weird, a serail 2212, is supposed to be 2meg and stereo, mine is 2meg but totally mono... Either the seller swapped the cards either e-mu sold

if your emax is a later stereo motherboard then you dont need a expansion as you have all the ram slots you just need the ram ic s and prehaps the unlock code.
