This might be a stupid question, but why do they sell sample CDs in audio format?

I have got a sample CD in audio format and I can t get ESX to see the samples. Do I have to convert them? Thanks, Daniel

To make the samples available to multiple-platform users. Some audio mastering/editing programs allow you to extract audio from a CD, converting it to WAV (PC)

Of course! They must be converted to WAV or AIF(F) before you can use them.

The file appears to be missing its samples. You should be saving the EXS and Samples into a folder and compressing the folder into a ZIP file.
