Hi! No, no conversion necessary. CZ-5000 patches are fully compatible with CZ-1000,3000 and CZ-101 because there is no difference in synthesizer structure

I would start as usually: - check if all fuses are OK (if there are some) - check PSU voltages if all are on the spec - if necessary change electrolytic caps
