Have you plugged MIDI into a PC and analyzed if it s actually delivering note off message or not? It s possible it thinks sustain pedal is down. Good luck!!

I just bought a CZ-5000 on eBay that stated everything works! but when it arrived, the keys act as if sustain pedal is jammed on, but no pedal is hooked up.
