Hi there all, After having mail contact with Chris from Doepfer who offerd excellent service to take care of a new processor I couldn't resist also order a new A160-5 at Thomann. Once installed in my system it worked like a charm, no latency issues or whatsoever. Thank you again

Just in case people don't realise there was a keyboard slip there, I'm sure Dieter meant to type 11.9 not 11.0. For it to have a 1% tolerance the range should be 11.9-12.1 volts.

I've just replaced a Doepfer PSU2 with a Doepfer PSU3 in my Doepfer case. I installed it successfully using install threads from Muff's, and by referring to my other case which already has a PSU3 factory installed. All the modules are working with the new PSU3 but when I power on

Hello Jacco, just think twice: The voltage which sets the division/multiplication factor, comes slightly after the clock-tick, that should be multiplied. So the multiplying/dividing will happen for the next clock tick. Why comes the Voltage after the clocktick? Because there is a

Hello Dieter, I made the patch exactly by the book. To be sure I made it once again. What I notice is that once the CV from the A155 sends a voltage the A160-5 does shows this by increasing the leds BUT the actual ratcheting of the notes to my A140 adsr follows AFTER the CV has p

Well for me this note in the manual is about the clock input which has to be stable and infact it is in this setup. Only the CV input is getting a voltage which fluctuates to get the ratcheting effect. Jacco > Op 17 okt. 2016 om 23:06 heeft achtung_999 heinrich.himmelwasser@gmail

I think the problem is with the divider, not the osc. It did some other strange things today, although most of the time it works, I can't put my finger why it gets funny once in a while. Maybe it is the lots of multiples going out of the divider+sequencer, I don't know... Also th

Hello Jacco Just one hint: the best bassdrum-exciter is a resonating high(!)pass-filter. If you have an existing (thin) bassdrum sound, then send it through a highpass filter. Set the resonance to nearly selfoscillation, and then tune the cutoff frequency down. Example: if your o

From the distance it's impossible to find out what's wrong. But the A-111 cannot be damaged by a "wrong" CV coming from the bus access module. It will withstand any CV in the range -12V...+12V and the bus access module cannot generate a voltage beyond these values. If you cannot
