What do you mean with this, Brandon? "The fact remains that both give sticker shock initially and require some amount of validation of what appears to be an inflated price" Do you get shocks when inserting cables into modules of this brand or is this just a feeling you high price

Brandon, I never said that the new stuff didn't use NOS components. What I said was that at least if you buy from Mike at CE, you know what you're buying. This is an unknown (and very expensive) commodity... one that appears to be Doepfer modules with Moog lipstick. Regards, Kevi

Hi folks, I try to follow the SOU discussions, but still i don´t get the point of this module. Is it for generating random voltages or what? Where´s the difference to a normal noise or random generator? Then: Dieter´s descriptions of the sub-modules even make it more complicated

me too dave!!! i'm really happy that my doepfer modular turns out to be(together with the rs integrator)an AWESOME modular!!all the latest doepfer and integrator modules are very,very promising and way beyond the standard vco,vca,vcf,lfo modules of most other modular manufacturer
