If it is a blown fuse and it blows again after replacing it, try unplugging all cables to the power supply, turn it off and plug in the cables one by one

... Internal fuse, almost certainly. This was the symptom I had when mine went. It s an easy fix.

Sounds like the 5 volt power supply is gone or an internal fuse is blown, but probably the supply because you are getting some supply voltage to the display.
