The XP60 probably send some mombojumbo-data the VFX can´t handle.... I actually just record them a track at a time - always works :) - unless You have NonVFX

I can send my banks out to SoundLib and/or VFXLib Ok, but when I go to export banks from either program, I get a MIDI SysEx Receive Error message on the VFX.
